Tom, Marilyn and Sue
In 1975 my wife Marilyn and I started The Trading Post in Illinois. We started this as a part-time business to help put our two daughters, Denise and Sue, through college. Our children assisted us as we built our authentic Native American Jewelry and Native American Arts and Crafts business. We traveled throughout the United States showing our merchandise at many Rock and Gem shows, Arts and Crafts fairs, and Flea Markets. We established our business with the commitment that we would offer only the finest quality merchandise, honestly represented, and at a fair competitive price.
Since 1987 when our family moved to Arizona, we have been showing our business at The Main Event Rock and Gem Show in Quartzite, Arizona. The selection of our fine quality jewelry is what we became known for at this event. When not showing at The Main Event we continued to travel to various shows
throughout the United States.
In early 2006 Marilyn and I decided to spend more time at home and with our family. With the assistance of our daughter Sue, we can continue to bring our selection of merchandise directly into your home. During this transition we renamed our business from The Trading Post to Two Dogs Southwest Gallery. Our commitment to bring you the finest quality merchandise, honestly represented, and at a fair competitive price remains the same.
Our website will grow with new items weekly. We hope you come to appreciate the quality items we offer and have a pleasant shopping experience.
