This great sterling silver Dry Creek Turquoise ring is handcrafted by Will Denetdale, Navajo. The artist has selected a wonderful Dry Creek Turquoise stone to create this piece of art. The Dry Creek Turquoise stone measures 7/8” long by 1/2” wide and is set in a smooth bezel surrounded by the distinctive style of silver work that Will is known for. The top of the ring measures 1” long by 5/8” wide. This is a size 8 and can be made to a 8 1/2 at no additional cost. If the ring needs to be made smaller or larger than the sizes noted the artist will resize it for an additional cost of $38.00. Signed by the artist. Dry Creek turquoise is from one of the three large glory holes found on the Godber claim. The mine is east of Austin, Nevada and was discovered in 1932. It was also staked under the names Last Chance, Blue Stone, and Homesite. These turquoise cabochons have a color that is a pale green to a light blue with a beautiful spider webbing.
