Here is a unique piece to add to your collection. This incredible Dry Creek Turquoise pendant is designed and handmade by Mary Ann Spencer, Navajo. The artist has selected a beautiful Dry Creek Turquoise stone to create this piece of art. The Dry Creek Turquoise stone measures 1-1/2” tall by 3/4” wide. The pendant with the bale measures 2-5/8” tall by 1-1/8” wide and accepts a chain up 5/8” in diameter. We are including a nice 18” sterling silver chain to compliment this exquisite work of art. Signed by the artist. Dry Creek turquoise is from one of the three large glory holes found on the Godber claim. The mine is east of Austin, Nevada and was discovered in 1932. It was also staked under the names Last Chance, Blue Stone, and Homesite. These turquoise cabochons have a color that is a pale green to a light blue with beautiful spider webbing.
