Name: Tohono O’Odham Horse Hair Woman Effigy by Flora Juan

This intricately detailed miniature horsehair woman effigy features a fine weave of black, brown, and off white colored horse hair. It is designed and handmade by Flora Juan, Tohono O’Odham (Papago). The Papago Indians (Tohono O’odham) are from southern Arizona. They are known for their skill in basket weaving. The Tohono O’odham produce more baskets than any other Southwestern tribe today. Size: 1 7/8” tall. The bottom of the vase is 5/8” in diameter and the top is 7/8” in diameter. Quantity Available: 1
